Sheffield Town Hall is a Grade 1 listed building providing a number of public facing services and SCC staff accommodation. Many of the staff toilet facilities within the Town Hall are in need of refurbishment and bringing up to a modern day standard.
To refurbish the identified Ladies & Gents toilets within Sheffield Town Hall.
Carefully remove old w/c’s, urinals, cisterns, whb’s, cubicles, panels and redundant hot, cold and waste pipework, Make necessary alterations to hot and cold pipework and waste pipes to fit new design, Carefully remove and store safely the hand dryers, towel dispensers, soap dispensers, toilet roll holders and sanitary product dispensers to be refitted after refurbishment. N.B. Hand dryers and Sanitary dispensers are property of PHS therefore removal/reinstatement required via PHS, Carefully remove old light fittings and the make necessary alterations to wiring/electrical system to fit new design, All toilet areas to be provided/installed with new pans, cisterns, urinals in gents, wash hand basins (whb’s), heavy duty acrylic mirrors above whb’s (choices to be provided) Thermostatic mixer valves to be fitted to all whb’s to prevent scalding with access provided for servicing (TMV to be of type Saracen 4 in 1 TMV made by Reliance water controls)
