The resident is essentially the most important part of our customer focus as they ultimately utilise the products that our service provides. This means that we as a company should ensure that everything is done to keep them informed whilst work is ongoing. For this very reason we have a number of communication methods to cater to this which consists of a mixture of courtesy text messages and phone calls. We also try to keep the resident informed by training our operatives to inform the resident in terms of how long the job will take. We can also cater for any special needs and requirements.
